The Bombay High Court (Nagpur Bench) on 13 December 2007 upheld the s.330 conviction of A-1 to A-9 while acquitting A-10 Raghunath Bhakte; the Supreme Court on 4 September 2018 (A-1 having died, appeal abated) upheld the eight convictions and enhanced the s.330 sentence to 7 years RI.",
