The Jharkhand High Court (Sujit Narayan Prasad J.) dismissed a CISF constable's writ challenging his removal dated 21 October 2009. The court found proved three charges: absence from main-gate duty at Koyla Nagar on 6-7 April 2009, abusing higher officials with bullet threats on 7 April 2009, and five prior punishments for indiscipline. It held that concurrent findings of three authorities on record material cannot be reappreciated in writ review and that the removal was not shockingly disproportionate.
