The Jharkhand High Court Single Judge dismissed the writ petition of trainee constable, appointed 24 September 2009, challenging his dismissal dated 30 May 2011. The court recorded he secured appointment with forged documents, absconded with another person attending duty in his place, and never appeared in the departmental proceeding despite registered-post show cause. The court held his criminal acquittal on 18 September 2015 in Sadar PS Case 69 of 2009, on different evidence four years after dismissal, is no ground to interfere with the departmental order.
