The judgment of the Rajasthan High Court records the following account. Constable of the 11th Battalion RAC (IR) was charge-sheeted in March 2017 for securing appointment on 2 April 1995 with a forged Class-8 transfer certificate and drawing salary since, causing loss to the exchequer. The court recorded that he was given documents, reminders and a personal hearing but showed total indifference and produced nothing to prove the certificate genuine. The disciplinary authority dismissed him in December 2017 and the appellate authority rejected his appeal in March 2018 after Rule 30 compliance. The court found no irregularity or illegality in either order and dismissed the writ for lack of merit. Matters not addressed in the cited judgment text are not recorded here.
