The Telangana High Court dismissed the appeal of Sub-Inspector of Karkhana Police Station, Secunderabad and confirmed his conviction by the Principal Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, Hyderabad dated 15.10.2009 in C.C. No. 18 of 2005. The Court found he demanded Rs 1,000 from complainant \[name withheld\] for issuing a police certificate for lost LLB and transfer certificates, and was caught in an ACB trap on 25-02-2004 (Cr.
