## Summary

The Special Judge for CBI Cases, Jaipur sentenced CISF Inspector and co-accused ITI Director Sunder Lal Chetiwal to 3 years' RI each in a bribery case involving a Rs 2.5 lakh demand to clear a candidate's medical test for a CISF constable-driver post. Chetiwal was caught red-handed accepting Rs 50,000 in a CBI trap; Mann's involvement emerged in investigation and both were chargesheeted in June 2015.
