## Summary

Special Judge (PC Act) CBI-2 convicted Delhi Police Inspector and Head Constable of the DIU Nehru Place for criminal conspiracy and demanding Rs 1.5 lakh bribe from complainant \[name withheld\], accepting Rs 15,000 as first installment in a CBI trap on 21 January 2006, to help him in cross-cases arising from FIRs 704-705/2005 at PS Kotla Mubarakpur. The court held both guilty under section 120B IPC and sections 7 and 13(1)(d) of the PC Act. Both were sentenced to concurrent rigorous imprisonment up to four years with fines totalling Rs 1 lakh and Rs 50,000 respectively.
