ACMM \[name withheld\] convicted Delhi Police Assistant Sub-Inspector Ram Kumar under section 409 IPC for criminal breach of trust as a public servant, for dishonestly misappropriating liquor bottles seized as case property in five Excise Act cases of PS Janak Puri instead of depositing them with the malkhana.
