## Summary

He was sentenced to 6.5 months RI (Sec.7) and 13 months RI (Sec.13) with fines. On 10 July 2025 the Karnataka High Court (Crl.A.No.1020/2013) dismissed his appeal, finding the trial court's appreciation of oral, documentary and MO.7 cassette evidence proper, and ordered the conviction warrant to issue.
