## Summary

Special Judge-01 CBI Talwant Singh, New Delhi convicted SI of PS Nizamuddin for demanding Rs 10,000 from a South East Delhi resident to accept his anticipatory-bail bonds in FIR 175/2004, threatening to get the bail cancelled, as proved through the CBI trap following the complaint of 20.04.2004. The court convicted him on 31.03.2011. He was sentenced on 15.04.2011 to one year RI under section 7 and two years RI under section 13 with Rs 15,000 total fine.
