Gaur, Tis Hazari convicted Delhi Police Constable (Driver) \[name withheld\] of Tikri Kalan in CC 93/2011 (RC 48(A)/04) for accepting illegal gratification from bootleggers Bengali and Goonga selling liquor illegally - caught on video camera by complainant \[name withheld\], who filmed several Delhi Police and Excise personnel taking money and moved the High Court in March 2004, with CFSL voice-spectrography matching the constable's specimen voice to the recording of him announcing his name while collecting small-denomination notes - holding him guilty (pronounced 19.04.2014) under sections 7 and 13 of the PC Act.
