## Summary

Per the judgment of 27.04.2012 (CC 41/2007), Head Constable \[name withheld\] and Constable of PS Chandni Chowk demanded Rs 5,000 on 29.08.2006 from a hardware-shop owner to not arrest him on a sales-tax recovery warrant, and were caught in an ACB trap on 04.09.2006. Special Judge (ACB) Sangita Dhingra Sehgal held both guilty under ss.7 and 13(1)(d)/13(2) PC Act r/w s.120-B IPC, posting sentence hearing separately.
