Per the trial judgment, Constable of Delhi Police (PP Nihal Vihar) was convicted on 15-01-2010 by the Special Judge, Delhi under ss.7 and 13(1)(d)/13(2) of the PC Act for demanding Rs 500 from complainant \[name withheld\], an egg-\[name withheld\] with a rehri near a Nihal Vihar liquor shop, to let him vend there (threatening to stop him otherwise), in the ACB trap of 01-12-2004 laid on FIR No.60/04 with phenolphthalein-treated notes, and was sentenced on 16-01-2010 to 2 years RI with Rs 20,000 fine on each count (concurrent). No appeal traced; appeal status unknown. (Co-demander Constable was not before this court in CC No.02/09.)
