Soft Drinks, Raghubir Nagar, threatening to get his lemon-soda factory sealed, in the ACB trap of 24-03-2004 laid on FIR No.15/04 with phenolphthalein-treated notes, and was sentenced on 10-11-2008 to 2 years RI with Rs 10,000 fine on each count (concurrent). No appeal traced; appeal status unknown. (Different person-case from SI of PS Palam Village, acquitted 30-10-2013, and from Constable of PP Nihal Vihar in t2w4-11-009.)
