What we could not confirm

The IOL annual report (FY2024-25) is listed on the company's site but the site was unreachable, so the official audited net profit, balance sheet and employee count could not be extracted; the turnover figure used is PIB's provisional sales number. The 3 September 2026 OIP pact is confirmed at the event level by PIB (which names 'India Optel Ltd and OIP'), while the specific ARJUN MK-2 electro-optics scope is detailed only in secondary defence-media reports.
