ConcludedThe trial court convicted the accused police personnel, as recorded in the Kerala High Court judgment.
The Kerala High Court (single bench) confirmed the conviction of Sub-Inspector of Karikkottakkari Police Station by the Enquiry Commissioner & Special Judge, Kozhikode (CC No. 19 of 2005) for demanding and accepting Rs 3,000 in marked notes from an autorickshaw driver to avoid foisting a case on him.
